Chronic Inflammation in the Body and What to Do About It

You’ve probably heard of inflammation but may be confused because of conflicting information about what sounds like a simple condition. If your body remains poised to fight infections or stress, it can lead to chronic health conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, joint pain, heart disease, and more.
